Buying the Health Box
Some are excited at the thought of buying a new puzzle (getting healthy) but talk themselves out of it. The box goes back on the shelf. They assume the 1,000 pieces will be too time-consuming or difficult. Some do purchase it. Besides becoming overwhelmed with the many pieces, they get frustrated and try to shove pieces where they don’t belong. They scrutinize the picture on top of the box but finally toss it in the closet. They stick with their old familiar puzzle boxes.
This is quite often the case with those who know they want to pursue health. Without learned skill, encouragement, enjoyment and seeing steady results, they lose interest. How do you overcome these hurdles? Read on.
