NHC Lectures

It's apparent that we need to make adjustments in our daily living to lessen our toxic exposures. Small children and pets are especially vulnerable by virtue of body weight and close proximity to the ground. Children also have faster respiration than adults and, therefore, inhale more toxins in a smaller amount of time. We may not always be aware of what assaults are coming our way from indoor and outdoor exposures. But, as far as it depends upon us, we need to do what we can to provide healthier environments for ourselves and our loved ones.
