NHC accepts cash, money orders, checks, and credit cards (MC, VISA, American Express & Discover).  Phone orders will be shipped after check  or money order has cleared.

If you are dissatisfied with anything we sell on the basis of quality issues with the exception of the products listed below, we offer a full discount less a 20% restocking fee.  In order to receive credit, all returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt, in saleable condition with their original packaging and accompanied with a copy of the invoice.

To make sure your returns are processed quickly and accurately, please contact us at 1- 954-610-5996 for instructions and an RMA # before shipping returns. We cannot ship to PO boxes or international addresses.

Educational Materials:
Books, CD’s, DVD’s, and other creative works, are non-refundable.
