Payment

NHC accepts cash, money orders, checks, and all major credit cards (MC, VISA, American Express & Discover).  Phone orders will be shipped after check  or money order has cleared.

If you are dissatisfied with anything we sell on the basis of quality issues with the exception of the products listed below, we offer a full discount less a 20% restocking fee.  In order to receive credit, all returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt, in saleable condition with their original packaging and accompanied with a copy of the invoice.
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

To make sure your returns are processed quickly and accurately, please contact us at 1- 954-610-5996 for instructions and an RMA # before shipping returns. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes only physical addresses.

Educational Materials:

Books, CD’s, DVD’s, and other creative works, are non-refundable.
